返品・不良品・キャンセルについて

乳幼児向けの商品の特性上、商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。

不良品又は当店の発送ミスによる商品の返品に関わる送料は当店が負担致します。
商品到着後5日以内にメールにてご連絡頂き、すみやかに着払いにてご返送ください。
お客様のご都合による返品・交換の送料は、お客様負担となります。

以下の場合は返品をお受けできません。
・商品到着後、5日を経過した場合
・開封、ご利用になられた商品
・組み立て途中・組み立て後の商品
・お客様の手元にて傷・破損・汚損が生じた商品

※商品返送時はケース・袋・付属品・保証書・組立説明書・鑑別書・下げ札・表示タグなど、すべてをご返送ください。不足している場合は返品をお断りする場合がございます。
※返品できない条件の商品をご返送された場合、お客様より特段のお申し出のない限り所有権を放棄したものとみなし、当社で任意に処分いたします。また、代金のお返しもできません。
※過度なご返品(ご注文のたびに半数以上のご返品等)が続くと、当社基準により取り引きをお断りする場合がございます。
返品期限:当店への連絡後、10日以内に当店に到着

 

 

Refund policy for sales outside Japan

Our return policy is 14 days. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days of purchase.

In order to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please be sure to return the item in the same packaging that was used when you received it.

Some items are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on perishable items such as food or fresh flowers, sanitary products, or items that come in direct contact with the skin.

The return shipping fee for customer-initiated returns will be borne by the customer.

In the following situations, only a portion of the product price will be refunded:
*Items with obvious signs of use
*Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or partially missing due to reasons that are not our fault.
*Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale items
We accept refunds for regular price items, but we do not accept refunds for sale items.

exchange
We will only exchange or return defective or damaged items. First, please take a picture of the problem and email it to lulumina.info@gmail.com.
We will reply with notifications regarding returns and exchanges.


Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges. If you request a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that depending on your location, it may take some time for your replacement product to be delivered.
